About Us
Our Story
KiluWorks Leadership Institute was founded to address the leadership and mentorship gaps faced by many diaspora youth and young adults. Growing up between cultures can present challenges—such as identity, communication, and belonging—but it also offers great potential. Through our pillars of Transformation, Leadership, and Communication (TLC), we empower young adults to embrace their identity, discover purpose, and become the authentic leaders their communities need.
Our primary objective is to elevate the educational journey of diaspora youth and young adults. We are dedicated to supporting their overall well-being. We aim to empower these students to unlock and reach their fullest potential. By nurturing their social, emotional, and academic development, we aim to give them the tools they need to succeed. We achieve this through close collaboration with communities, leveraging a network of support that enriches our educational interventions and helps integrate these students more fully into society.
