Make a Difference Through Mentorship
Become a mentor with KiluWorks Leadership Institute and help a diaspora youth or young adult develop confidence, discover their purpose, strengthen communication skills, and grow as a leader. Our mentors serve as trusted guides, positive role models, and supportive listeners as participants navigate education, career development, identity, relationships, and personal growth.
Through intentional one-on-one mentorship, mentors help young people recognize their strengths, set meaningful goals, overcome challenges, and develop the character and leadership skills needed to positively impact their communities.
