Events

At KiluWorks Leadership Institute, we offer year-round leadership development programs for youth and young adults (ages 15–25).
Our events are designed to help emerging leaders discover their purpose, develop essential leadership skills, build meaningful mentor relationships, and make a positive impact in their communities.

Throughout the year, our programming includes leadership workshops, multi-week cohorts, mentorship experiences, youth forums, community service initiatives, leadership camps, and an annual Youth Leadership Summit. Each event is part of a structured leadership journey rooted in Transformation, Leadership, and Communication (TLC).
